Aziz and I went to perform at Notre Dame this weekend and had a fantastic show. We went out for a drink afterward and this picture (which I took at the Art Institute of Chicago on Saturday) typifies the scene there… minus the genius use of color and line. More or less, a bunch of dudes chugging light beer and chanting “U. S. A.” I wonder if Van Gogh would have approved? He probably wouldn’t have heard them. Because he chopped off his ear. Remember?
